Citizen wanted to develop a client management application where client could see all reports, branding strategies, domain recoveries and status of reputation management activities end to end.
The challenge was integration with backend system which kept generating information about domains and usages of domains from third parties. Systems also needed to maintain core legal documents for long time

RESOLUTION
The online Web System developed by us in Liferay with Alfresco to support end to end client management. Application was created with over 100+ Sub portals to manage individual clients. Custom Portlets developed were given end to end client management features like status reporting, tracking and approval. We also had to integrate it with domain services like Whois to pull information.
