The client is a Remote Infrastructure provider to small and medium businesses around the world. The platform developed by the client to offer its services is so innovative that immediately after its launch; it attracted the attention of some of the market leaders in its space.
As the client’s business started to expand, one major challenge that surfaced with regards to its IT infrastructure was the Backup & Restoration of its VM’s (Virtual Machines) that were running into hundreds. With this being the core of the issue, LTS was approached to provide a solution, so that backup and restoration of VM’s could not only be made possible but also handled seamlessly.
LTS understood the overall requirement for VM backup and restoration process at client’s end in order to come up with a solution. After much deliberations with the client’s stakeholders LTS identified a third party tool that would exactly match the clients’ requirement.
LTS engaged the third party company to fully understand their proprietary tool and finally integrated their application / tool to best fit the client’s requirement. This engagement resulted in LTS bagging the entire IT infrastructure management from the client.
